50% Sangiovese/ 50% Syrah
This ain’t no table wine. Table Two is not only a blend of Syrah and Sangiovese. It is a balance between California and Italia, between mountains and valleys, between length and width, between dominant and minor (with a flat five). Table Two (aka T2) was designed by Jacob Kauffman, after he took first place with this blend at the Santa Cruz County Fair blending competition, many moons ago. You guessed right, he was stationed for the event at ‘Table Two’... the name stuck. Enjoy!
